Gide, counsel to the CRPN on the sale of the Seine Saint-Germain real estate complex in Issy-les-Moulineaux
Gide has advised the pension fund Caisse de Retraite complémentaire du Personnel Navigant Professionnel de l’Aéronautique Civile (CRPN) on the sale to Brownfields of the Seine Saint-Germain office building, located at the entrance to Île Saint-Germain in Issy-les-Moulineaux (France).
The Gide team was composed of partner Antoine Mary and senior associate Cécile Régnier on the real estate aspects of the transaction.
