Gide advises Highgate on the acquisition, alongside Eternam, of the Athens Zafolia Hotel in Athens

Gide advised Highgate on the acquisition, alongside Eternam and the FPCI Alcyon Hospitality Europe, of the Athens Zafolia Hotel, a 191-room four-star hotel located in the heart of Athens, Greece.

The transaction took the form of a share acquisition covering 100% of the capital of Attikos Ouranos Hotel and Touristic S.A., the company that owns the hotel, by a joint venture held by Highgate and the FPCI Alcyon Hospitality Europe.

With this acquisition, Highgate strengthens its presence in the European hotel market and continues to expand its portfolio of hotel assets alongside Eternam.
