Paul Cheysson is an associate in Gide’s Real Estate team in Paris.

He advises French and foreign institutional clients (investment funds, property companies, developers, operators, public and quasi-public bodies) on all types of property assets (offices, retail, logistics, hotels, residential, co-living) and at all stages of their property transactions in France (acquisition, construction/development, asset management, sale, and sales disputes, construction disputes or rental disputes).

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017, Paul is a graduate of Master II in Real Estate and Construction Law at the University of Paris II - Panthéon-Assas and of the Institute of Public Business Law (IDPA). He also holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Fribourg (Switzerland).

A member of the Paris Bar since 2017, Paul holds a Master II in Property Law from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and is a graduate of the Institute of Public Business Law (IDPA). He also holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Fribourg (Switzerland). He teaches at the Institute of Construction and Housing (ICH) at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM).
