Gide advises Somdia (Castel Group) on the sale of two of its mills in Africa
Gide assisted Somdia in the sale of its subsidiaries Société le Grand Moulin du Cameroun (under Cameroonian law) and Société les Grands Moulins du Phare (under Congolese law) to the Cameroonian group Cadyst.
