Gide advises ECE Work & Live on refinancing a logistics facility in Kąty Wrocławskie, Poland

Gide’s Warsaw office has advised ECE Work & Live on a credit facility extended by Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale (a German Landesbank and one of the largest commercial banks in Germany).

The team, led by Mateusz Gronau, counsel, and Piotr Romaniuk, associate, provided comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction. Błażej Czwarnok, partner, Tomasz Roszczyc, senior associate and Michał Wiśniewski, associate, handled real estate matters, while Maciej Grela, associate, managed tax-related issues.

The transaction required a creative approach for the borrower located in Poland to meet certain specific certain requirements of the German bank.
