Avocat au Barreau de Tunis, Anis Jabnoun est l'associé gérant de Global Lawyers North Africa (GLN-A), société professionnelle d'avocats, en partenariat exclusif avec Gide depuis janvier 2012.
Avec plus de 17 années d'expérience en Tunisie, Anis Jabnoun intervient principalement en matière de fusions-acquisitions / droit des sociétés (acquisitions, opérations sur capital, appel public à l’épargne), dans le domaine bancaire et financier et du conseil aux investisseurs tunisiens et étrangers (réglementation des changes, investissements directs étrangers, joint ventures).
Anis a participé à d’importantes opérations de privatisation et de cession de blocs de valeurs mobilières dans les secteurs bancaire, financier, industriel, agro-alimentaire et des services, ainsi qu'à des opérations de financement réalisées en Tunisie notamment par les institutions financières internationales (IFC, BEI, EBRD, AFD, KFW, AFC, etc.).
Anis enseigne le droit à l'Université de Tunis depuis 2001. Il est classé comme Rising Star en Tunisie dans le guide IFLR1000 et recommandé par Legal 500 EMEA depuis 2017, ainsi que par Chambers Global.
