Avocat au Barreau de Paris depuis 2009, Victor Grandguillaume exerce au sein de la ligne de métiers Projets (Finance & Infrastructures) où il concentre son activité dans le domaine du financement de projet dans les secteurs de l'énergie, des infrastructures et des ressources naturelles. Il intervient notamment dans le cadre de projets de centrales électriques thermiques et renouvelables, et dans le cadre de projets d'infrastructures (ports, aéroports, routes, traitement des eaux) et miniers. Victor conseille les sponsors, les institutions financières et les autorités publiques, qu'il accompagne dans le cadre de projets situés en Europe et en Afrique. Victor intervient sur l'ensemble des aspects de ces projets (phase de développement, rédaction et négociation de la documentation de projet et de financement). Il a développé une expertise particulière dans le domaine des énergies renouvelables en Afrique, et conseille des acteurs de premier plan pour le développement et le financement de centrales éoliennes, photovoltaïques et hydroélectriques en Afrique subsaharienne.
Victor Grandguillaume est classé depuis 2021 par Chambers Global dans la catégorie Projects&Energy : International – France (Up and Coming).
