Eric Cartier-Millon joined Gide in 1990 and became partner in the Banking & Finance practice group in 1998, where he specialises in structured finance and project finance. He has extensive experience in:
- Structured finance: (whether or not associated with securitisation transactions) representing senior lenders and/or mezzanine lenders in LBO finance transactions
- Project finance: advising a number of lenders or sponsors in a variety of finance transactions in France and abroad, including the Eurodisney resort in Paris, the Stade de France and various French PFI transactions; and
- Debt rescheduling agreements: advising creditors or the borrower in a number of debt restructuring transactions on behalf of major French listed and non-listed companies
Eric has been listed since 2003 as a "leading individual" in the Banking & Finance section, a "highly recommended individual" in the Capital Markets section, and a "recommended individual" in the Private Equity/Venture Capital section of Global Counsel 3000.
