Gide counsel to Earnix on the acquisition of Zelros
Gide advised Earnix, a U.S.-based company specializing in predictive AI decisioning across pricing, underwriting, rating, and product personalization, in connection with its acquisition of Zelros, a French company offering a generative AI recommendation engine tailored to the insurance sector.
