Gide advises Bank Millennium on financing for BPI Real Estate Poland to acquire property at Moniuszki Street in Warsaw from CPI

Gide’s Warsaw office advised Bank Millennium S.A. in connection with a new facility to finance the acquisition of an office building with a total area of over 9,800 sq. m. at 1a Moniuszki Street in Warsaw, by BPI Real Estate Poland from CPI Property Group.

The team from Gide’s Banking & Finance practice was led by Paweł Wasiel, senior associate and supported by Daria Dąbrowska , associate. They provided comprehensive support to Bank Millennium during the transaction. Błażej Czwarnok, partner and Mateusz Kieloch, paralegal advised the client on the real estate aspects of the project.
