Gide advises BNP Paribas Bank Polska on an investment facility for Citylink Wrocław to refinance an R&D data centre dedicated to Nokia Solutions & Networks

Gide’s Warsaw office advised BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. on an investment facility granted to Citylink Wroclaw II Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of CL Property Sp. z o.o. The facility will be used to refinance a modern R&D building with a total area exceeding 13,300 sqm, dedicated exclusively to Nokia and comprising laboratory and research space, as well as office and technical facilities. The property serves as a key research and development centre within Nokia’s global structure, with core competencies focused on the development and testing of telecommunications (ICT) technologies.

The team from Gide’s Banking & Finance practice was led by Paweł Wasiel, senior associate and supported by Daria Dąbrowska, associate. They provided comprehensive support to BNP Paribas Bank Polska during the transaction.
