Gide advises BNP Paribas Bank Polska on an investment facility for Citylink Wrocław to refinance an R&D data centre dedicated to Nokia Solutions & Networks
Gide’s Warsaw office advised BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. on an investment facility granted to Citylink Wroclaw II Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of CL Property Sp. z o.o. The facility will be used to refinance a modern R&D building with a total area exceeding 13,300 sqm, dedicated exclusively to Nokia and comprising laboratory and research space, as well as office and technical facilities. The property serves as a key research and development centre within Nokia’s global structure, with core competencies focused on the development and testing of telecommunications (ICT) technologies.

They provided comprehensive support to BNP Paribas Bank Polska during the transaction.
