Gide advised Younited in connection with its inaugural issue of subordinated Tier 2 Notes
Gide advised Younited, an innovative European fintech specialised in consumer lending, in connection with its inaugural issue of Fixed Rate Resettable Subordinated Tier 2 Notes for an aggregate principal amount of €50 million.
The notes are admitted to trading on Euronext Dublin (Global Exchange Market).
This transaction represents an important milestone in the evolution of Younited’s capital structure and provides additional capital capacity to support disciplined and sustainable growth.
