Sacha Najafi is Counsel in the Tax team at Gide's Paris office.

His practice focuses on transactional and international taxation. His areas of expertise include the structuring of real estate investments, real estate taxation, the taxation of investment funds and restructuring operations. He also advises companies and individuals on tax audits and disputes.

Sacha recently advised Younited on its inaugural issue of Tier 2 subordinated bonds, and Île-de-France Mobilités on a new issue of European Green Bonds (EuGB) worth €1 billion, La Régie Immobilière de la Ville de Paris in connection with the acquisition of the company owning the Concordia residential complex in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, Edge Technologies in connection with the acquisition of the Les Miroirs property complex in La Défense; Île-de-France Mobilités in connection with the first issue of European Green Bonds by a French issuer, and the first such issue in Europe by a public entity; Roquette Frères in connection with its inaugural issues of senior and hybrid bonds totalling €1.2 billion. He advised B & Capital on its acquisition of a minority stake in Neoptim Consulting.He regularly advises Ofi Invest and Sisley on the acquisition of property assets. He advised Cofinimmo on its acquisition of a stake in a property investment company (SCI) set up by the French Red Cross.Sacha advised DIF Capital Partners on its investment in the French electric vehicle charging operator Bump. He assisted Siparex with the establishment of a mezzanine private equity fund.

Sacha holds a Master 2 in Business and Tax Law and a DJCE from the University of Bordeaux, as well as a certificate of specialised studies in tax law from the University of Montpellier.He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2018 and is a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF).
