Chloé Tabone is an associate in Gide's Tax Law team in Paris.

She advises companies and individuals on French and international tax matters. She is fluent in French and English.

In particular, she has been involved in advising on the tax aspects of Roquette Frères in respect of (i) its inaugural issue of €600 million undated super-subordinated notes at a fixed reset rate of 5,494% until the first interest rate reset date (the Subordinated Bonds) and (ii) its inaugural issue of €600 million of senior bonds at a fixed rate of 3.774% (the Senior Bonds and, together with the Subordinated Bonds, the Bonds) as part of the refinancing of the acquisition of IFF Pharma Solutions, to become a world leader in pharmaceutical excipients. The Bonds were admitted to trading on Euronext Paris.

She holds a Master 2 in Corporate Law and Taxation from Aix-Marseille Universités (2022) and a Master in Management from emlyon business school (2023). She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2025.
