Gide advises Mindspace on the launch of its third location in Poland – Skyliner II

Gide’s Warsaw office advised Mindspace on the conclusion of a long-term lease agreement covering nearly 4,500 sq m of office space in the Skyliner II building, owned by Karimpol Polska. This transaction marks Mindspace’s third location in Poland, which is scheduled to open in mid-2027.

Mindspace is a global operator of coworking spaces, offering offices located in key business centres worldwide. The company currently operates nearly 50 locations across 24 cities in seven countries, in Europe and the United States. Mindspace has been present in Warsaw since 2017.

The Karimpol Group is a property development company established in 1991, focusing on the development and leasing of commercial real estate in Central and Eastern Europe. Skyliner II represents the continuation of the Karimpol Group’s flagship investment in Warsaw.
