Gide advises B&B HOTELS on a sale and leaseback transaction with MNK Partners

The deal involved a portfolio of two B&B hotels in two major regional hubs in Poland – the cities of Wroclaw and Katowice.

The transaction involved the sale of the two hotels to MNK Partners, with B&B HOTELS remaining the operator of the hotels under long-term lease agreements. This approach is a part of the B&B HOTELS strategy, as they expand across Europe, ensuring long-term operational continuity, supported by a 20-year fixed lease.
