Gide advises NOHO Investment on its recent project with the Hoxton hotel chain Gide

Gide advised NOHO Investment on the construction of the new Hoxton hotel, soon to appear on the map of Krakow and marking the chain’s first venture in Poland. The hotel will be located at ul. Dolnych Młynów 10 in Krakow.

NOHO Investment was advised by Gide’s Warsaw real estate team, including on lease agreement negotiations, led by Błażej Czwarnok, partner, and Rafał Osetek, counsel.
