Gide advised the bank syndicate composed of Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, J.P. Morgan SE, Natixis and Société Générale in connection with the issue of EUR 750 million Tier 2 subordinated notes by Malakoff Humanis Prévoyance, with a fixed coupon of 4.500%. The notes have been admitted to trading on Euronext Growth in Paris.
