Gide advises the banking syndicate on the bond financing of the Caisse des dépôts et consignations group for the acquisition of the shareholdings in Autoroutes et Tunnel du Mont Blanc and Société Française du Tunnel Routier du Fréjus

Gide advised La Banque Postale and Nomura Financial Products Europe GmbH as joint lead managers on the issuance by the Caisse des dépôts et consignations group of €400,000,000 5.1417 per cent. bonds due 30 September 2045.

The proceeds of the issue of the bonds have been used for financing part of the acquisition from the French State of approximately 67.30 per cent. of the share capital and voting rights of Autoroutes et Tunnel du Mont Blanc (ATMB) and 99.94 per cent. of the share capital and voting rights of Société Française du Tunnel Routier du Fréjus (SFTRF). The bonds are admitted to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.
