Pierre Zejma joins Gide as Counsel

Gide is delighted to welcome Pierre Zejma to the Paris office as Counsel in the Mergers & Acquisitions team. His appointment is a further boost to the team, which is widely recognized as a top-tier player in M&A and corporate law.

Gide’s Paris-based team provides comprehensive expertise across a wide range of sectors covering every stage of mergers and acquisitions, from transactions and governance of listed companies to industrial mergers, private equity and restructuring.

Pierre primarily advises listed and unlisted companies, industry and family shareholders in company and stock exchange law. His main focus is on strategic, cross-border and M&A transactions.

Called to the Paris Bar in 2018, Pierre Zejma holds two Master’s degrees from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas: in Corporate Law and Tax Law, and in Banking and Finance Law. Before joining the team at Gide, he spent seven years in another leading M&A law firm.
