Gide advises U.S. group Joy Global on the acquisition of Montabert SAS

Gide advised Joy Global Inc., a U.S. corporation listed on the NYSE and world leader in high-productivity mining solutions, on the acquisition from South-Korean group Doosan, advised by Eversheds, of Montabert SAS, a company specialised in hydraulic breaking and drilling equipment for public works, mining and quarrying professionals. The acquisition was completed for 110 million euros.

The Gide team comprised partner Christophe Eck and Christophe Monnet on M&A aspects and Jérôme Debost on employment law aspects.
