Gide advises Hines on the sale of the Wola Center office complex in Warsaw to Trigea Real Estate Fund

The transaction was executed on behalf of Hines European Value Fund 1 (HEVF 1).

Wola Center is a modern Class A office building located at 33 Przyokopowa Street, in the western part of Warsaw’s Central Business District (CBD West), offering 35,430 sqm of space, of which 100% of the office space is currently leased.

The Gide team, comprising Rafał Osetek (counsel), Michał Wiśniewski (associate) and Aleksandra Kobylińska-Szopińska (associate), provided comprehensive support to Hines throughout the transaction.
