Elle a rejoint le bureau de Gide à Pékin en 2005, après avoir travaillé dans le département fiscalité de l'un des "Big Four" en expertise comptable en tant que conseiller fiscal.

Ayant conseillé de nombreuses entreprise étrangères sur leurs investissements en Chine, elle possède une riche expérience des opérations de fusions-acquisitions et de joint-ventures en Chine, notamment en matière de conseils aux sociétés, de restructuration et d'optimisation fiscale. Elle est également experte en fiscalité, législation douanière, contrôle des changes et droit des affaires. Elle est intervenue sur un large éventail de transactions de fusions-acquisitions importantes, de joint-ventures et de restructurations transfrontalières pour des clients internationaux.
