Karine Imbrosciano co-dirige le groupe Dérivés & Produits Structurés de Gide à Londres. Spécialisée en produits dérivés OTC, Karine possède une connaissance approfondie de la structuration juridique en droit français et droit anglais d'une large gamme de dérivés et produits structurés couvrant différentes classes d'actifs (Fixed Income, Credit, Funds, Equity). Karine a notamment développé une expertise en matière de dérivés de crédit (CDO, CPPI, CPDO, CFXO) et d’opérations de couverture pour les financements structurés (covered bonds, titrisation, financement de projets), et en particulier dans la négociation de swaps respectant les critères des agences de notation. Elle a également acquis une expérience significative dans la mise en place et la restructuration de fonds structurés français. Karine conseille en outre régulièrement ses clients sur la réglementation applicable aux produits dérivés.
Diplômée d'HEC, Karine a rejoint Gide à Paris en 2005 et le bureau de Londres deux ans plus tard. S'appuyant sur sa double qualification et son expérience en tant qu'Avocat à la Cour et Solicitor anglais, elle partage son temps entre Londres et Paris, travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes financières de Gide dans ces deux bureaux. Elle a bénéficié d'un détachement au sein du Corporate Solutions Group d'une banque française et d'un détachement d'une année dans une banque d’affaires américaine de premier plan au sein de leurs équipes produits structurés et dérivés à Londres.
