Gide has advised Meridiam on the acquisition of a majority stake in Voltalis, the European leader in Demand Response for residential and commercial end-users.
On this occasion, Meridiam and Voltalis are proud to announce the strengthening of their ambitions, with the aim of equipping one million homes in France and Europe with Voltalis’ smart devices by 2024.

The Gide team advising Meridiam was headed by partner Guillaume Rougier Brierre working with associate Philippe Chareyre on corporate apects; partner Jean-Hyacinthe de Mitry with associates Dane Rimsevica and Elise Marie on intellectual property aspects; associate Eric Bolis on financing aspects, and associate Emma George on aspects of public law.
