Gide and Norton Rose Fulbright advise on the acquisition by CFM Indosuez of the Wealth Management business of BNP Paribas in Monaco

Gide advised BNP Paribas and Norton Rose Fulbright advised CFM Indosuez (the Monegasque subsidiary of Indosuez Wealth Management) on the signing of an agreement for CFM Indosuez to acquire BNP Paribas’ Wealth Management client base in Monaco.
