Gide, counsel to Savills IM and Ampega Asset Management GmbH on the acquisition of a prime asset in Paris

Gide has advised Savills Investment Management, on behalf of an insurance company affiliated with Ampega Asset Management GmbH, on the acquisition of a prime asset on Rue de Richelieu in Paris, from Oreima, the real estate arm of InfraVia.

The building, located at the corner of Rue de Richelieu in the 2^nd arrondissement of Paris, is fully and long-term leased to a leading international media company with iconic brands in the luxury, lifestyle and fashion sector.  It offers approximately 3,500 sqm of modern office space. This outstanding office property underwent a comprehensive renovation and upgrade in 2020 and now holds HQE “Excellent” and BREEAM “Very Good” environmental certifications.  This acquisition is part of Ampega AM strategy to build a high-quality European office portfolio.
