Gide, counsel to CNIM on the simplified tender offer on its share capital launched by Soluni
Gide has advised the company Constructions Industrielles de la Méditerranée (CNIM) on the simplified tender offer launched by its majority shareholder Soluni, controlled by the Dmitrieff family, on the balance of its share capital. The offer was filed following Soluni’s acquisition of all shares owned by Compagnie Nationale de Navigation (CNN) and Martin GmbH für Umwelt- und Energietechnik (Martin GmbH) in the share capital of CNIM.
CNIM designs and produces turnkey industrial solutions with high technological content, and offers expertise, maintenance and operating services in the environment, energy, defence and industry fields.
