Gide and the Norwegian law firm Thommessen advised Otovo AS, Norway’s leading supplier of solar panels to the consumer market, in connection with the merger with the French company In Sun We Trust (ISWT 2.0), which specialises in comparing and negotiating photovoltaic, aero-voltaic and thermal solutions on behalf of its clients.
