Gide advises Société Générale on the sale of its subsidiaries in Burkina Faso, Guinea and Mauritania
Gide has advised Société Générale on the sale of its stakes in Société Générale Burkina Faso to Vista Group Holding, in Société Générale Guinée to AFG Holding, and in Société Générale Mauritanie to the Enko Capital – Oronte consortium.
