Gide advises Remake Live SCPI on its latest acquisition in Poland – a logistics facility in Tarnów

Gide’s Warsaw office supported Remake Live SCPI throughout all stages of acquiring a modern warehouse asset from Grupa Wicher. The property, featuring a gross leasable area of ca. 6,800 m², is fully leased to InPost under a long-term agreement.
