Gide advises Groupe VYV on the acquisition of Patrimmofi

Gide advised Groupe VYV, a leading player in social protection in France, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Patrimmofi, a wealth management advisory firm previously owned by Andera Partners. This transaction is part of Groupe VYV’s strategy to diversify and expand its service offering.

Founded in 1984 and led by Georges Nemes, Stéphane Peltier and Jérémy Aras, Patrimmofi is renowned for its expertise in wealth management and its network of advisors throughout France. At the time of the transaction, the firm managed over €3 billion in client assets, with annual inflows exceeding €400 million.

This acquisition enables Groupe VYV to strengthen its wealth management services and expand its advisor network, while continuing its mission of providing social protection and local services.
