Gide advises Fonds Stratégique de Participations on the restructuring of Groupe ADIT’s shareholding structure
Gide advised the Fonds Stratégique de Participations on its investment in the capital of Groupe ADIT, a key player in economic sovereignty and a European leader in strategic intelligence and international operational support for businesses and governments.
Alongside the existing shareholders, who all wished to reinvest, Groupe ADIT welcomes five new shareholders: a consortium comprising UI Investissement – MASCF, Covea, the Fonds Stratégique de Participations, family offices tied to the Louis-Dreyfus family, and the WCP fund specializing in defense (Eiréné).
