Gide has advised DP World in connection with the acquisition of Herport SAS, a logistics operator specialized in worldwide cargo transportation.
Herport operates through numerous subsidiaries in France and abroad, Morocco, Spain, Poland, India, the United States, etc. Accordingly, DP World, a leading global port operator present in more than 69 countries across all continents, is strengthening its international footprint and pursuing its global expansion.
