Thomas Vacher is an associate in Gide’s Public Law, Environment and Energy team in Paris.

He specialises in public economic law, particularly in the transport and construction sectors. In particular, he advises companies and public bodies on the award and performance of their contracts (public procurement / public property) as well as on obtaining the administrative authorisations and licences required for their activities.

Over the last few years, Thomas has acted on behalf of a number of private and public sector clients in the port, rail, airport and road transport sectors. He has also assisted a number of construction companies in the execution of their works contracts, particularly in connection with expert assessments or claims for compensation.

He graduated from the University of Jean Moulin Lyon III with a degree in public business law.
