Gide advises BNP Paribas Bank Polska on green financing for the logistics facility of REINO IO Logistics dedicated to Allegro, as well as on financing for REINO IO Logistics’ portfolio of six logistics parks

Gide’s Warsaw office advised BNP Paribas Bank Polska on green financing for REINO IO Logistics’ build-to-suit facility developed for Allegro in Piotrków Trybunalski, as well as on financing for a portfolio of logistics parks located in Lodz, Poznan, Rzeszów, Sosnowiec, Bielsko Biała and Piotrków Trybunalski, owned by REINO IO Logistics.

REINO IO Piotrków Allegro BTS covers around 27,000 sqm and marks the first in-house development undertaken by REINO IO Logistics within the REINO IO Piotrków logistics park. The project has been designed with a strong focus on efficiency and sustainability, offering 144 loading docks, a 12-metre clear height, photovoltaic systems and hybrid heating. It is aiming to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification.

The Gide team, headed by Błażej Czwarnok, partner and Marta Karmińska, of counsel, comprising Dominik Figura, associate, Michał Wiśniewski, associate, Katarzyna Duchlińska, associate and Mateusz Kieloch, paralegal, was responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to the bank throughout both transactions.
