Gide advises B&B HOTELS Polska on new Gdańsk opening

Gide’s Warsaw office advised B&B HOTELS Polska on the opening of its latest hotel, this time in a prime location in the heart of Gdańsk’s Old Town. Located directly on Długi Targ, the hotel is just steps away from the iconic Neptune Fountain.

This marks the 19th B&B HOTELS opening in Poland and another project on which Gide has advised.

The project involved Corum XL SCPI (a French real estate investment company) acquiring the building of the former IBB Hotel Gdańsk and then leasing it to B&B HOTELS Polska.

The Gide team included Błażej Czwarnok, partner and Aleksandra Kobylińska-Szopińska, associate from the Real Estate team, who supported the client throughout the entire project.
