Gide advises AMPERE Gestion, a subsidiary of the CDC Habitat group, on the launch of the Intermediate Housing Fund III

Gide has advised AMPERE Gestion, a subsidiary of the CDC Habitat group, on its €325 million fundraising from six institutional investors for the first closing of its third intermediate housing fund, FLI III.

This new fundraising, aimed at developing a supply of rental housing with controlled rents, is part of the impact investment strategy initiated with the previous funds.

The Gide team was composed of Thomas Urlacher, partner, and Grâce M’vunda for the corporate/M&A aspects; Guillaume Goffin, partner, and Antoine Nicolaï for investment fund matters; Bertrand Jouanneau, partner, and Vincent Michaux for tax aspects; and Emmanuel Reille, partner, for competition matters.
