Gide advised Wellnest Society, a leading player in the fitness sector in France, on the acquisition of Cercles de la Forme, a leading network of gyms in Paris, from its founders and Montefiore Investment.

This transaction enables Wellnest Society, already firmly established in the Occitanie region, to become the market leader in fitness in Paris and to strengthen its ambition to position itself as a key national player.
