Gide advised McPhy Energy on the sale of its assets and operations to John Cockerill Hydrogen
Gide has advised McPhy Energy, a leading industrial player in the hydrogen market, on the sale of its assets and operations to John Cockerill Hydrogen, a subsidiary of the John Cockerill Group, an international engineering and maintenance group, as part of a disposal plan approved by the Commercial Court of Belfort on 8 July 2024.
The Gide team was composed of Nadia Haddad, counsel, and François Polverelli, associate, on restructuring aspects; Benjamin Krief, partner, and Roxane Bahloul-Seban, associate, on employment law aspects; and Elise Bernard, counsel, on capital markets aspects.
