Gide advised Epsicap REIM on its first acquisition in Poland, concerning a logistics facility in Poznań

Gide’s Warsaw office supported Epsicap REIM throughout all stages of acquiring from 7R a brand new logistics facility in Poznań, which is BREEAM Excellent certified and offers 9,549 sq. m. of GLA.

 This deal is part of Epsicap REIM’s investment strategy under the new Epsicap Explore fund, which focuses on European assets with a value exceeding €10 million.

The Gide team, comprising Błażej Czwarnok, partner, Rafał Osetek, counsel and Michał Wiśniewski, associate, provided comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction, while Maciej Grela, associate, managed tax-related issues.
