Vianney Lenfant is an associate in Gide's "Banking and Finance" team in Paris.

He works on structured finance transactions, mainly in real estate finance, project finance, acquisition and corporate finance and debt restructuring. He advises all types of borrower or lender at all stages of the structuring or restructuring, contractual drafting and negotiation of complex financing or refinancing transactions.

Vianney holds a Master 2 from the University of Paris-Nanterre (Paris X), an LLB from the University of Essex and an LLM from Kings College London. Vianney was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020.
