Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009, counsel Farah El-Bsat specialises in structured financing and has particular expertise in real estate and project financing.
She advises banking and financial institutions, as well as borrowing consortia, on complex financial operations, and assists them in structuring and implementing their operations.
In 2017, Farah was involved in the refinancing of the French MoD’s public-private partnership. She also advised the European Investment Bank on the second refinancing of the A19 motorway, and advised CA-CIB on refinancing a portfolio of 48 hotels located in France, Germany and Belgium.
Farah holds a postgraduate degree in international law and international organisations from Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne University. She joined Gide in 2007, after having worked for the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and the European Investment Bank.
