Gide advises Skanska Residential on the acquisition of a project located at ul. Bokserska 64 in Warsaw

The project, situated in Warsaw’s Mokotów – Służewiec district currently comprises operating industrial warehouses and office facilities and presents the opportunity to develop, on the almost 3 hectares site, a modern, multifunctional residential complex featuring approximately 750 apartments, complemented by service and recreational amenities, as well as a publicly accessible park.
