Gide advises Yareal Polska on the sale of the LIXA D office building

LIXA D is a modern A class office building with GLA of ca. 10,300 sq. m., located in the Wola district, near Daszyńskiego Roundabout, in the business centre of Warsaw. The building forms part of the larger LIXA office complex developed by Yareal Polska, which includes also unique LIXA City Gardens concept. The building has received prestigious certifications, including BREEAM Excellent.
