Thibault Jumeaux is an associate in Gide's Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions team in Paris.

He primarily advises investment funds and founders on private equity transactions, including leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and growth capital investments. He also assists industrial clients with mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and complex corporate reorganisations.

Thibault has recently been involved in the LBO of the Myrium group structured by Capza alongside Amundi Private Equity and Bpifrance, the LBO of the Orisha group structured by Francisco Partners and TA Associates, and the LBO of the kShuttle group structured by Sagard NewGen.

Prior to joining Gide, he practiced for several years at Paul Hastings. He holds an Advanced Master’s Degree & Specialist Counsel Qualification (DJCE) / in Business Law from Université Paris II- Panthéon-Assas and is admitted to the Paris Bar.
