Gide advises the partners of Sefac – SMA in connection with the LBU structured by Accru Partners

Gide advised the partners of Sefac – SMA in connection with the LBU structured by Accru Partners, with the support of Scandinavian fund Axcel, regarding Sefac – SMA, an accounting and statutory audit firm based in Paris with more than 50 employees.

Founded in 2024 following the combination of 11 Swedish firms under the leadership of Axcel, Accru Partners has since pursued an active acquisition strategy in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and the United Kingdom, and now has 1,800 employees and consolidated revenues of €300 million. With the addition of Sefac – SMA to its international platform, Accru Partners is thus completing its first acquisition in France.
