Hecham Bounjoua is an associate in Gide’s Mergers & Acquisitions team in Paris
He advises on M&A transactions and the structuring of strategic partnerships, with a focus on the infrastructure and energy sectors, for investment funds, industrial groups, and developers, both in France and internationally.
Hecham holds a Master 2 in Global Business Law & Governance from a joint program between Columbia University in New York, Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, and Sciences Po Paris. He also holds a Master's degree in Advanced Business Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. Before joining Gide, Hecham worked at international law firms in Europe and the Middle East, as well as in a major energy corporation (ENGIE).
