New Ireland Assurance Company plc, represented by Kennedy & Wilson Europe, transferred on 25 July 2012 to GLL Real Estate Partners GmbH an office building complex covering a surface area of 4,175 sq.m. over 8 floors, located 44/46 rue de Lisbonne, Paris 8th arrondissement.

New Ireland Assurance Company was represented by Jones Day (Jean-Louis Martin, partner, and Quentin Jobard), and STC Partners for the tax aspects (Bertrand Araud and Stéphanie Desprez).

GLL Real Estate Partners GmbH was represented by Gide Loyrette Nouel for the acquisition and financing of said acquisition (Christopher Szostak, partner, Emilie Capron and David Sabatier) and Taj for the tax aspects of the acquisition (Sarvi Keyhani, partner, Pascale Prince).
