Gide, counsel to Fives on the creation of a joint venture with Visiativ
Gide has advised Fives, an industrial process expert, on the creation of its joint venture with Visiativ, a specialist in accelerating the digital transformation of businesses via its collaborative and social business platform Your Platform.
Fives joined forces with Visiativ to develop a joint offer dedicated to industrial equipment manufacturers. This new offer, based on a platform and new tools, will enable manufacturers to view the operation of their machines in real-time and plan predictive maintenance services.
